B.When you need custom-made design,please provide us your 3D drawing or sample or we can design the drawing for your confirmation.Usually it will take 10 working days to open new sample mould,not including the shipping days.

C.As to the color,please give us the exact pantone color for confirmation and others custom-made,please make sure with us twice in advance.

D.The sample fee will be returned to you or reduced from the total amout when you place mass production order,but it depends on the sample you have confirmed.

1.When can I get the price?

Within 24 hours after getting your inquiry. If you are in urgent, please send email to us or leave messsage on trademanger .so that we can reply you in time.

2.How can I get a sample to check your quality?

After price confirmation, you can require for samples to check our quality. If you need samples with your ,logo ,design , etc .,we may need your sample charge, when confirm order, we will return the sample fee.

3. Can you do the design for us?

Yes,of course. We have a professional team with rich experiences in design and manufacturing. Just tell us your ideas and then we will put your idea into practice. 

4. How long can I expect to get the sample?

After you pay the sample charge and send us confirmed files, the samples will be ready for delivery in 3-7 days. The samples will be sent to you via express and arrive in 3-5 days. You can use your own express account or prepay us if you do not have an account.

5.What about the lead time for mass production?

Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season. The best record we keep is delivering 20,000 pcs within a week. Generally speaking, we suggest that starting inquiry two months in advance , so that you can get products without delay.

6.What is your terms of delivery?

We accept EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU, DDP, etc. You can choose the best one.

7.What is the payment term you can accpet?
